This Week's Love

I know, I know, Valentine's Day was yesterday and everyone's sweet tooth has been indulged for awhile, but if you have any chocolate-love left in your heart, give this recipe a try. With the exception of whipping the egg whites to stiff, glossy peaks this cake comes together so quickly you could easily make it after work and simply tastes amazing. It is as moist as a molten chocolate cake but so much lighter, almost spongecake-esque. Serve warm with some 'nilla ice cream!

Have you heard the new Adele song, Rolling in the Deep? I was single-handedly increasing the YouTube hits for it so I bought it on Itunes ahead of the album release next Tuesday, woo! If you haven't, give it a listen.

In other media, have you watched "An Idiot Abroad"? Oh my goodness, what a hoot! Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, creators of the Office, send their close-minded yet affable friend Karl Pilkington around the world to explore the Seven Wonders of the World and all sorts of surprises, laughs and "I can't believe he did/said/asked that" moments ensue. The season so far (4 episodes) is On Demand on Science Channel; I think the episode in Israel and Jordan with the camel breakdown has been my favorite thus far! I actually cried a little...

Have a great week my sweets!
