Wednesday's Wardrobe: So Girly

If you haven't noticed, I love dresses and skirts and wear them often but there is something about springtime that makes me want to wear something feminine each and every day.  Maybe its the chirping birds, budding trees and blooming flowers that makes me want to frolic like Snow White but I just love full, swingy skirts for spring. Here's three of my favorites twirly girly looks from the past week, and shoe pairs 9-11.
If only I wore red lipstick as well as Snow.
I wore this swingy skirt and flowy patterned top to work last week.  I just love how light and airy the whole look feels while maintaining some bold color.  Of course, my red heels don't hurt the femininity of the overall look!
Shirt - Ann Taylor Loft, Tank - Old Navy, Skirt - Go Jane, Bracelets - Stella & Dot/Cape Cod, Earrings - Cape Cod, Shoes - Plenty by Tracy Reese via Nordstrom Rack

This dress almost bit the dust last fall when I ripped the sleeve but I put my mediocre sewing skills into action and mended it.  I'm so happy I was able to fix it, because I love the pattern, sweet sleeves and ribbon belt.  It was a wee bit cold yesterday so I pulled my boots down and wore them one last time this season (I'm being optimistic!)
Cardigan - Coldwater Creek, Dress - Filene's Basement, Boot Socks - Target, Boots - Fort Collins, CO, Necklace - Lia Sophia, Earrings - Forever 21

I'm a total sucker for anything Lilly Pulitzer and anything Swiss dot, so when I saw this Swiss dot Lilly skirt I had to scoop it up.  I went all out and paired it with a hot pink tank, Swiss dot blouse and green shoes and earrings.  As much as I'm trying to stay in flats this week, I just couldn't ignore these wedges this morning.

Does spring bring out any seasonal loves in your wardrobe?

I love spring cottony dresses in bright colors. Anything "twirlable" is good too. :)

Gasp! I love love loves the last two outfits. Coral is my all time favorite color, so naturally I gravitate towards your coral perfection. Great call on the boots. And my, oh, my the Lilly skirt combined with green ruffle shoes is absolutely lovely. I think Spring is speakin' your language, Cara.

Paper bag skirts are always so flattering! I love this bright pink, and the green wedges are so fun! And if all of us could wear dresses like Disney princesses, the world would be a heck of a lot more fun. Although, I'd pick Ariel. No dress for me- just seashells.
