Don't get me wrong, this summer has been an amazing blur of weddings and beach getaways but after being out of town every weekend for the past 5 weeks, it felt really good to stay home this weekend and do all those blissfully normal weekend things like giving the apartment a good scrub down and restocking the fridge.

We took advantage of our plans-less weekend to spend a morning catching up on DVR with bagels, hit the Nordstrom sale, try a new ice cream recipe, take in a new local restaurant and meet some friends out for drinks.

Blueberries for a new ice cream recipe (I'll share it with you this week!)

It was a weekend full of both productive moments and lazy ones, good eats and drinks and always, great friends.  A fabulously average weekend full of recharging and stay-at-home love.  Hope yours was just as easy and enjoyable!

Mmmmm...blueberries! Now I'm hungry. I always have a date with the DVR on the weekends. It's my time to recharge.
Have a good week!
I could totally go for peaches and blueberries right about now!
