Celebrate the Shoe! - Pairs 15-17

I returned to heels late last week, hooray!  I love me some heels, they make me feel powerful, feminine and closer to the overhead subway handrail I attempt to reach every morning :).  For heels, I think the taller the better but if I have a lot of walking to do and need a heel fix, I wear one of these three pairs.  These three pairs are like the holy grail of heels, they are both cute and comfortable.

Shoe Day 15: I picked up these suede booties last winter on sale at DSW.  I love the loafer details like the tassels and fringe, as well as the easy heels.  They go with pretty much everything I own and thus get a lot of wear.  I paired them with this spring skirt, a neon tank and a teal shrug.
Shrug - Marshalls, Tank - TJ Maxx, Skirt - Old Navy, Shoes - DSW, Necklace - Gift, Earrings -  Cape Cod, Bracelets, DIY

Shoe Day 16: While I'm no brand loyalist, I love Seychelles. My three pairs are all adorable, well constructed and incredibly comfortable for their height.  This nude pair is no exception, they are a warmer weather staple of mine.  I paired them with my mint peplum skirt, and a pink leopard tank on a really warm day last week.

Tank - Ann Taylor Loft, Skirt -ASOS, Belt - Olive & Oak, Shoes - Seychelles, Earrings - DIY, Necklace - Dogeared via Nordstrom

Shoes Day 17: I hate to think this may be my last summer with these wedges. I can and do wear them everywhere; concerts, 10-hour work days, and on a several mile walk yesterday. It was so beautiful yesterday I spent the afternoon at Eastern Market with my gal Marisol.  It was supposed to get really warm so I paired this tank with a light coral sweater and jeans.

Top - San Francisco, Blue Tank - Target, Jeans- Old Navy, Shoes - Sofft via Nordstrom, Necklace - Gift, Earrings - Gift

Wow I need a pedicure, hoping to take care of that tomorrow after my work conference.

Do you have any holy grail shoes?  Any brands that are both stylish and comfortable? Have a great Tuesday!

Hi Cara, thanks for stopping by Wrinkled Chiffon. What cute looks! Don't you just love good shoes? I would have to say that my favorite are some of my ballet flats and of course my Loubous that I take with me on all my travels. You will have to check out my Shoes Sights page! Have a great day and thanks again for your comment.

Cute AND comfy heels? OH EM GEE. I am jelly to the max, Cara. Since I walk/stand a lot at work, I wear flats a lot, but I have a pair of kitten heels that I can be comfy in.

I am totally lusting over that peplum skirt!

I've always wanted to try Seychelles out, but so far I haven't purchased a pair. Last summer I bought a pair of Rockport (of all brands) wedge sandals that have been amazing, walk all over the city amazing.
